THE OVERPROOFS

Born in London’s East End out of a deeply rooted love of Jamaican ska and rocksteady – The Overproofs are a vibrant nine piece ensemble capped with rich male/female harmonies and full horn section.

They delve  into the original Blue Beat sound that captured London and beyond in the 1960’s.

Since their sold-out debut show in 2024, the dynamic collective have gone onto being a mainstay of London’s club scene where they joyously recreate the golden era of Jamaican music.
