The community is at the heart of Ealing Summer Festivals. From celebrating Ealing’s rich musical heritage to bringing world-class artists to a local, accessible setting, the festival is built on the support, passion and involvement of local people, businesses and organisations.
Here’s how you can get involved and help make it happen.
Traders
We’re inviting food, produce, arts and crafts, and wellness traders to be part of the festival. If you’d like to register your interest in trading, please complete the online registration form and a member of the team will be in touch.
Sponsors
We’re looking to partner with businesses that want to raise their profile and connect with festival audiences from Ealing and beyond. With opportunities ranging from Festival Friend packages to Headline Sponsorship, there are options to suit a variety of objectives and budgets.

Kids' Area
Are you a childcare, early years or children’s activity provider? We’re looking to partner with an organisation that can create a welcoming, family-friendly area and deliver engaging arts, crafts and activities for children attending the festival.
